Emerging artists and producers often lack safe, affordable spaces to share work, receive feedback, and build networks. Brwnbox was transitioning from a dispensary to a wellness-focused third space, creating an opportunity to activate community and test creative programming in NJ.
OUR ROLE:
Lead Strategist — responsible for vision, partnerships, programming, space design, and community growth.
STRATEGY & APPROACH:
Built The Listening Lab as an immersive, low-barrier creative ecosystem blending intentional listening, collaboration, and experimentation. Designed the experience to feel both like a wellness lounge and a creative studio session, fostering trust and cross-pollination.
